types of sessions

“Movement” is a spectrum, and it can be physically strenuous or relatively stationary. Taking my cues from you, I’ll develop a creative movement practice which we’ll do together in session.
This is space for low-key activities like forest bathing, listening to music, or drawing, and also dynamic movements like getting up and down, learning to juggle, lifting heavy things, or training for specific life events and activities. -
Let’s talk about your relationship to movement, explore new ideas, and integrate what’s coming up for you between sessions.
This is space for things like: connecting if you aren’t yet ready to move, talking about perceived obstacles, and working through strong somatic experiences.

How does it work?
Start by booking a free initial 30-minute virtual session. This is time for us to get to know each other a little and for you to ask me questions. (I’ll ask you some too!) If we decide to move forward, we’ll talk logistics (scheduling, frequency, location, etc.). If we’re not a fit, I can still help you determine your next step.
